My brother’s apartment was flooding from a very old and non maintenance water heater. The property manager was not capable of getting a plumber there for an emergency that happened around midnight. Marybeth at Pro-Flo Plumbing was able get someone out there in a timely fashion. I’m grateful that they were able to remove the most of water shut off the water.

My son noticed we had no water. I called around 12 by 2 the plumber was at the house. He figured out what was the problem in about 20-30 min. Gave me a quote and completed the work. By 4 o’clock he was done. Awesome company

I am super late getting this review submitted. Purchased a home in February 2026 and needed a plumber asap for my basement. Called and received a timely response from the scheduler. Work was done on 2/23/26-Robert was professional and super helpful with explaining the process. They will be my go to for future needs.. Thank you, thank you for all you do.

Pro Flo plumbing fixed two issues in our home that we had been putting off. The price was fair, our plumbers were outstanding and both jobs were done right.
Pro Flo also has now helped the nonprofit animal shelter my wife and I work with (APS Caswell) twice and did a great job for the shelter as well. When you go with Pro Flow, you can count on knowledgeable professionals explaining everything thoroughly, and getting the job done right for a reasonable price. I know my family are Pro Flo customers for life.

Matt and his helper did a great job very clean and professional 👏 I had 2 holes in my cast iron p-trap coming from my washing machine and old broke down cast iron joints as you can see they re did it all and it's awesome no more worries for me thank you pro flow 😀

Paid this company for nothing! Told them the issue (disconnected pipe and clogged) the man claimed he climbed under the house and seen no issue then charged me a service fee but he didn’t do anything and I had to call another company out and they had the problem fixed within an hour and a new pipe connected.

Carlos was great! Very knowledgeable about what he does and does not mind answering your questions. He fixed the problem I had with my toilet and diagnosed and told me my issue with my shower and fixed it too!!! He was on time, prices are very reasonable and did a great job. I totally recommend Carlos to anyone, so happy I found him!!

I’d give these guys 6 stars if I could they do good clean work fast and gave me a significantly cheaper price than anyone els in town. Carlos is the man! This will be my go to for any plumbing endeavors I come across.
